A story with deep roots - trees that have survived the passing of time, and of a community that has decided to believe in the value of the ancestral.
It all began in Ecuador with the Chachis community, guardians of one of Ecuador's best kept secrets: ancestral cacao trees.

Circular economy

KAMM is the first chocolate brand to sweeten its chocolates
with cacao mucilage, the white and sweet meat that covers the seed and that is normally discarded in the process.
We go even further, we extract theobromine from the outer shell of the cacao, another by-product that is usually wasted.
Our factory replicates ancestral practices with modern technology so that this original strain can cross borders and be recognized around the world.
