At KAMM, we harvest only from ancient cacao trees native to Esmeraldas, Ecuador. These heirloom varieties are rich in antioxidants, amino acids, and rare flavors that are impossible to replicate with modern hybrids.
We proudly reject high-yield hybrid cacao and focus on limited, high-quality harvests. The result is a rare, organic dark chocolate with authentic origin and exceptional flavor.

We are the first chocolate brand to sweeten our bars with cacao mucilage — the sweet pulp surrounding the cacao seed — eliminating the need for refined sugar.
Even the outer shell is transformed. We extract theobromine, a natural stimulant with health benefits, creating functional ingredients and reducing waste. This circular economy model turns every part of the cacao fruit into value.
