KAMM Chai Wins Gran Gold at the 2026 Ecuador Chocolate Awards

We are incredibly proud to share a milestone for KAMM Chocolate: five KAMM creations received Gold recognition at the 2026 Ecuador Chocolate Awards, with our 85% Chai Chocolate Bar earning the prestigious GRAN GOLD award.

For KAMM, this recognition celebrates much more than a chocolate bar. It represents our ongoing exploration of Ecuadorian cacao, origin, flavor, craftsmanship, and creativity.

GRAN GOLD: KAMM 85% Chai Chocolate

Our award-winning KAMM Chai Chocolate Bar begins with 85% Ecuadorian cacao and brings it together with an aromatic blend of chai-inspired spices.

The result is a dark chocolate that is intense, fragrant, complex, and unmistakably KAMM.

Receiving Gran Gold at the 2026 Ecuador Chocolate Awards is particularly meaningful because this bar reflects the way we approach chocolate: respecting cacao as the protagonist while exploring ingredients that can reveal entirely new dimensions of its flavor.

A celebration of the cacao fruit itself, combining Ecuadorian cacao bean with cacao mucilage. This bar represents KAMM's commitment to exploring the complete cacao fruit and creating chocolate through a more circular approach.

Choco Bananana — 85% Cacao
Made with cacao from the Chachi community of Esmeraldas, Ecuador, paired with freeze-dried banana. A deeply Ecuadorian combination connecting fine cacao, tropical fruit, and origin.

Espresso Martini — 77% Cacao — Coming Soon
A new KAMM creation combining 77% Ecuadorian dark chocolate with coffee husk, bringing cacao and coffee together from an unexpected perspective.

Mango Tajín — 77% Cacao — Coming Soon
A vibrant new sugar-free chocolate made with 77% cacao, mango crystals, and the sweet, tangy and spicy character inspired by Mango Tajín.

Chai Tea — 85% Cacao — GRAN GOLD
Our Gran Gold winner: intense Ecuadorian dark chocolate layered with aromatic chai spices.

New KAMM Chocolate Bars Are Coming Soon

The awards also give us the perfect opportunity to introduce the next chapter of KAMM.

Espresso Martini and Mango Tajín will be joining the KAMM collection very soon.

Both continue our approach of taking premium Ecuadorian cacao beyond traditional flavor combinations while allowing cacao to remain at the center of the experience.

From coffee husk to mango crystals, spices, tropical fruit and cacao mucilage, we continue to ask the same question:
